Unable to Overwrite

I am getting a message when trying to overwrite the data I have in Access 2010.

I have imported an Excel worksheet into Access and have made updates to the worksheet and re-imported the worksheet into a table many times over the last month.  Today when trying to import the worksheet following the same steps I am asked if I want to overwrite and I select yes, then the next pop-up says "Can't overwrite table or query ...".  No error message or indication why or where to go look.

What changed?

I already know that I can't import/overwrite when the table is already open in Access.

I've also checked all my columns in the worksheet to see if the match the rows(records) in the table, they do.

Do you have it open?  Open could be a form or just a query showing the data.
