Never mind, I fixed the issue. As soon as I enabled all macros it worked fine.

I have a database that was created with Access 2003. I converted the database to 2010 and it worked fine. However, When trying to open the database with Access 2013, the Switchboard doesn't show the buttons and the links names. And, whenever moving the mouse over the Switchboard an error message pops up saying "The expression On Mouse Move you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: The expression you entered has a function name that Microsoft Access can't find."
How come the older versions are able to find the expression but the 2013 cannot?
Does anyone know what's going on?
Thank you.

Glad you figured it out!
I think it's a click handle that is probably referenced differently in Access 2013. Here's the image.
