I purchased Microsoft Office 2013 from JourneyEd.com through my educational institution. With my purchase I received the product activation key. However when I attempt to "Enter a product Key instead" clicking this button does nothing for me. Please help.

Hello, and thank you so much for you prompt response.

I had no idea I could perform setup through the link you provided.

I will try that.

How does the website know that I am setting it up for me? I am in the process of re installing the program now so will I need to wait until it is fully installed prior to doing the setup?

You may try to use another Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.)

Also, are you trying to redeem your Office through http://www.office.com/setup
