Microsoft Office 2007 Uninstall Problem

Question

I installed Microsoft Office 2013 while I already had Microsoft Office Enterprise Edition 2007. MSO 2013 installed successfully. After this, I uninstalled MSO EE 2007. Now, I have a problem.

I can see the MSO 2007 Icon and name still in the control panel's uninstall section. Why and how to fix this?

I tried all the methods. Nothing solved this problem.

But, I found a software called "RipOutOffice2007". I used this software and it really helped me. It completely uninstalled MS Office 2007, each and every single trace of it. If anyone faces same problem like I did, please suggest this software to them.

Follow the section ‘Method 3 and Method 4’ in the article given below to remove Office 2007 traces and check if that helps:

Thank you. But, I can't run the Fix it.

I got the error "This Microsoft Fix it does not apply to your operating system or application version" even after following the IMPORTANT instructions given in the Method 2 which you asked me to refer to.

And, mine is Windows 8.1 SL.

Hello,

This issue occurs if there are any Office traces left behind on the computer. Run the fixit available in the link below which removes only the Office 2007 traces automatically from the Computer and  verify  the status.
