Azure MARS agent error - Invalid vault credentials provided

I am trying to install Azure MARS agent, however while registering the server its failing.
Error : Invalid vault credentials provided. The file is either corrupted or does not have the latest credentials associated with recovery service. (ID: 34513)
We recommend you download a new vault credentials file from the portal and use it within 2 days.
I have tried creating the Recovery service vault in UK South / West Europe but it still fails.
I have created the vaults today and am using the latest vault credentials, which keeps on failing with error.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the same.
I have tried stopping and restarting iSCS services.
Have downloaded the software(Agent version - 2.0.9216.0) and vault on 2 of the systems.
