Cannot initialize microsoft office shared utilities

Hi, since yesterday Outlook was working finely. All of a sudden when I start up my laptop this morning ,it says the following error:

"Cannot initialize Microsoft office shared utilities. You need to restart your computer or reinstall the outlook."

Yesterday I performed some clean up to remove adware on my laptop. To say if this caused the problem, I'm not sure as it still worked finely after the clean up.

What could be the problem? If possible I don't want to reinstall it again! I best part is I can't even find the Outlook in applications anymore but in the morning it was still there.

I'm using Windows 8 single language and Microsoft office 2013. Kindly help!
