Sorry something went wrong - error code 0-13

Hi

I wondered if anyone can help.

I recently installed Office 365 Pro Plus. Since the upgrade from Office 2010 - 2013 i have had nothing but problems. This is the 5th error message that i have come across within a month. When i use any office program i either get a start up error message or it just won't load so i am forced to repair

All other messages i have found answers to have asked me to repair then if that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the program, whilst this has worked in the past (for about a week, before the next error message) it is by no means ideal and i am having to take time out each week to uninstall and re-install this program.

Any ideas, other than uninstall and re-install for a 6th time?)

Thanks in anticipation

Natalie

Hi,

In order to uninstall Office 365 installation files from the Computer, you may run the fixit available in the link below which removes the Office traces automatically.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

Also run the fixit available in the link below which would remove the Office 2010 traces from the Computer.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/support/how-to-uninstall-or-remove-microsoft-office-2010-suites-HA104027750.aspx?CTT=1

Once done you may try to re-install Office 2013 and check if you’re able to work in this Office version.

Regarding your query of service pack 2 for Office 2010, are you unable to download?

Provide us the detailed information about this problem to assist you further.

Thank you.

    Hi,

I received the error code 0-4 when attempting to uninstall the Office 365/Office 2013 program, however now after reinstalling Office 2010 (alongside Office 2013 because i can't uninstall it) both of them work ok??? obviously i would like just the one version of office on my machine rather than both. but this allows me to work at least now.

    Thanks

    Natalie

    Hello Natalie,

When do you receive the error message?

Provide the complete error message you receive.

Does the issue occurs with all the Office 365 applications?

If you receive an error message when trying to access the applications then follow the article given below and check if that helps:

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/support/why-cant-i-start-my-office-2013-application-HA104011864.aspx

For further queries, reply and we would be happy to assist.

    Thank you.
