Tried to reinstall Office 365 and got the following message. Error message “Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error code 0-4. I tried to uninstall and got the same message.

If issue still persists, run 'Fix it' from the following article to remove any remains of Office installation and then try re-installing it and verify the result:
