I am running Office 2013 on Win 7 (via bootcamp on a 2-yr-old MacBook Pro) and I can't copy with CTRL + C nor paste with CTRL + V in Word. It works fine in Excel and PowerPoint (haven't used any others, so I don't know). For over 20 years I've used CTRL

In the Customize Keyboard dialog box, verify that Ctrl+C is assigned to EditCopy and that Ctrl+V is assigned to EditPaste. (To display the dialog box, click File tab | Options | Customize Ribbon | Customize.)
The command you are looking for (for Ctrl+Z) is EditUndo.
Awesome. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much! I changed copy, paste, select all and find. One last request for you, the guru: I couldn't find "undo" - which I'm used to using "ctrl + z" - do you know where that is?

When I try to assign Ctrl+C to EditCopy - it does not allow any typing to be entered into the dialog box. I am using Office 360
