Hi,

I have pivot chart like below:

As you can see on red square I have 3 axis label: Sunday, Monday, Thursday. I need to change the label order so it will become: Monday, Thursday, Sunday. And of course the value need to follow new order. Is it possible to do this? I've tried any method but still no solution.

Thanks,

AL

In Excel, you can apply Custom Sort on a range / table. But, pivot table doesn't give option to apply custom sort.

You will have to manually drag the fields to provide sorting order. Just select the field and move your cursor on the boundary. It will be converted to 4 pointed cursor, meaning that it can be dragged. Now, drag it for the order which you want. (It will require few tries before you master this, in the below picture 4 pointed star is not coming in the screenshot)

    Hello Vijay,

Thanks for your suggestion. I can change the order by cut (CTRL+X) Sundayand paste (CTRL+V) it on **Thursday,**then Sunday goes down and the chart showing new order as I need. Thank you so much.
