Errorcode: 3008-27

Question

I have Microsoft Office Professional Plus. When I try to find any update, it says error happened. Error code: 3008-27

My net is OK. Software is legal (bought and downloaded from Microsoft). Running on a Windows 8.1 Professional.

I didn't find, what is this 3008-27 code. Can anybody help me?

I know how difficult it is if Office application does not work as expected.

Since the repair did not help and as you decided to uninstall Office 2013 lets run the fix it tool from the following article which will remove all the installed components of Office 2013 from the computer.

Once the uninstallation is completed you may sign in to www.office.com/myaccount using the subscribed/registered email address, download and install Office from my account page and verify the status.

Hello,

It is strange, becouse when I try to repair online, it says: You have no internet connection (error: 0-9).

Already shut down my firewall, same result. There is no problem with internet connection (I can surf on the net).

I tried normal repair. No error, but not solved my MS Office update problem.

Maybe I will reinstall Office... :(

Are you trying to download and install Office updates or Windows updates?

If Office updates, you may repair Office 2013 using the following link and check if you are able to download and install the updates.
