setup did not complete successfully

Question

I'm trying to install Office 2010 professional plus.  I had Office 2013 on my PC, uninstalled it (had to use a fix it to do it).  I'm getting this error when trying to install Office 2010:

  Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 setup did not complete successfully. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
