Some items in text boxes do not show in print preview (or save as PDF)

For example I have 2 lines of text in a text box but in print preview (or save as PDF) only one shows

I also have some examples of graphics in text boxes not appearing as well

Do you know what is going on?

I am having separate problems with just text in a text box and graphics in a text box - there are many examples of text boxes in our output - most are OK but not all.

We have Microsoft XPS printer as the default printer for consistency - the documents are always converted to PDF but the problem can be seen in the PDF & in the print preview.

I have played with things since and setting the internal top & bottom margins on the text box to zero makes the full content visible in print preview (the margins were '0.07cm' anyway).

    Hi Martin,

Before we proceed, I need more details to assist you in regards to this issue.

What type of graphics is used to write the text in the text box?

Does this issue occur with a particular file or all files?

You may change the default printer to Microsoft XPS Document Writer/OneNote following the steps from the link below:

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Change-your-default-printer

If you are able to print properly on Microsoft XPS Document Writer or OneNote, then you may have to update your printer drivers or contact the printer manufacturer for further assistance.

Let us know the details and results.
