Conditional formatting gone when open same file in another computer

I've got 100+ conditional formatting rules in a worksheet, but when I open the file from another computer, the conditions disappeared except for 4.  Both pcs are running MsExcel 2010 and same system. What could be the cause? Any help will be very much appreciated.

Tried - Open and Repair did not solve the issue too.

I was wondering could it be add-ins, or control panel settings...?  But I checked the add-ins, they are all the same as the other PCs. Any other solutions?

    Hi

I found one thread stating that doing an Open & Repair solved the problem.

Sadly, none of those in the link answered mine.  What happened is that this file was created as a template for about 30 users (with read-only access). There were no trouble with conditional formatting with all the rest until now.  With all system and version constant, what could be the reason behind the disappearance of the conditional formatting rules for the file opened in that particular pc?
