Installing Microsoft error "The specified module could not be found"

Hello,

I recently bought Office 2013 online from a website which sent me a downloadable ISO file on a new HP laptop, and when it is unpacked by 7zip and I am attempting to run setup.exe, it first asks me permission, which I grant, and then immediately stops and says "Error: The specified module could not be found." Running the FixIt uninstall of Microsoft Office isn't fixing the issue either, I still get the same error. Are there other steps I can take?

I also tried to get live support but when I put my CD key into the website, it said it wasn't supported by my country (USA). Did I get an online scam? The website had high ratings. Let me know what I can do. Thanks.
