Unable to delete Red Triangle in cell

I am unable to delete the red Triangle located in the upper right hand corner of a cell which is located in a pivot table.  Any idea how to get rid of?

    Red triangle is a comment indicator which you should be able to clear by -

    1. Select that cell.
    2. Home tab > Clear > Clear Comments
