installed one copy of microsoft 365 on my mac, trying to load it on my pc, the program states there was a problem because it is busy, have already turned off firewall, not sure what else to do, not conversant enough with pc's to do any of the other things suggested, don't even know where the admin area is- very frustrating.

Help?

    Hi,

I understand how hard it is when the program does not get installed as expected. I will assist you in getting the Microsoft Office 365 subscription installed.

Try the steps below and check the result:

**Step 1:**Let us open the task manager and end integratedoffice.exe process:

    1. Let us press the Ctrl + Alt+ Delete key -> Click on Task Manager to open.
    2. Under Processes tab -> Select integratedoffice.exe -> Click on End Process.

Run the fix it from the following article to remove the integratedoffice.exe from the registry as well:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2809219

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2809219

    Step 2:

Try repairing the installation and check if it helps:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2827031

If the repair does not help then run the fix it mentioned in the link below to remove the traces of Office completely from the computer and then try to reinstall the Office program:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

Note: Try to save the fix it tool to the desktop and then run it to remove Office.

You may also refer to the following article on general troubleshooting for installation of Office 2013 suite:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2822317

I hope this helps in installing Office 365 subscription. If the issue still persists, reply and I will be happy to help you.

    Thank You.
