I understand how hard it is when the program does not get installed as expected. I will assist you in getting the Microsoft Office 365 subscription installed.
Try the steps below and check the result:
**Step 1:**Let us open the task manager and end integratedoffice.exe process:
- Let us press the Ctrl + Alt+ Delete key -> Click on Task Manager to open.
- Under Processes tab -> Select integratedoffice.exe -> Click on End Process.
Run the fix it from the following article to remove the integratedoffice.exe from the registry as well:

Step 2:
Try repairing the installation and check if it helps:

If the repair does not help then run the fix it mentioned in the link below to remove the traces of Office completely from the computer and then try to reinstall the Office program:

Note: Try to save the fix it tool to the desktop and then run it to remove Office.
