Something went wrong. sorry we ran into problem. error code 0-4

used my office 365 program yesterday.  this morning i cannot access the program.  received message: there is no email program associated to perform the requested action. please install an email program or if one is already installed, create an association in the default programs control panel.  did the repair action--now office 365 is nowhere on my computer.  tried to reinstall and now i get the error code 0-4  this is the 2nd time i have lost my program.  i need this fixed now!!!!! help

    we pay money for program and help if something goes wrong.
