I frequently save documents on my scan drive. When opening the same document on another computer, I find it changes the format. I notice the borders will be set differently because the page has shifted downward.. As where the initial document fit everything on the first page.. Keep in mind I am using Excel 2010 on each computer.. Is there anything I can do to return it to its original formatting on other computers? It creates additional work when I need to print or send copies and have to continually reformat before doing so.

Yes the printers are different. The formatting changes before I send it to the printer and also changes after saving it to another PC. I am using the same scan disc to transfer my document from one PC to another. It also does the same thing when sending docs via email from one PC to another (not using scan disc).
Do the other PC's have different printers installed?
PS, saving a doc to a usb drive and opening from the usb drive is not recommended, the docs should be saved on the local PC and a usb only used to transfer to the other PC - not all usb sticks are 'equal'
