I've found a fix for this now, but answer here so you are best informed to resolve what looks a slight glitch & any others with the issue have a work-round till then.
As I've used this fix you'll have to use my description below this screenshot of the fixed page:
This is the page as it should look & as it was when created. While some of the content (links etc) may have been pasted
in the paragraph "What other mix of Sinister is there?" which the best illustration of the issue was typed into the OneNote desktop application. The issue is caused not by formatting from another application, but from being viewed in the OneNote app on my
iPhone.
Once viewed on my phone that paragraph contracts to a smaller width close to that of the paragraphs below (though slightly narrower, so even the longer lines in them wrap). This is the appropriate width for the iPhone screen. However recently paragraphs have started to retain this sizing on being opened again in the desktop application & its wider note container. I did not have this issue with OneNote 2010 - though it could be an update of the phone app also that started this occurring.
Attempts to edit the breaks out fail, the text continues to wrap at the narrower point that has "stuck" from the phone app. The work-round I have found is that if I resize the container to a slightly larger or smaller size this "wakes up" the paragraph to the fact it is now in a wider container & it jumps out to the correct width as shown above.
