Cannot Open Add Ins

I can open Excel but not any of my files

It seems this is because one has been put into 'disabled items' (which also stops me opening the others).

There is a pop up message advising I just need to go to File>Options>Add Ins>Manage>Disabled Items>Go to undisable the file.

File>Options is OK, but when I click 'Add Ins' it just freezes. The same applies when I open Excel in Safe Mode. I have tried restarting the computer but this doesn't work either.

Any help much appreciated.

    Hi Christopher,

Let me assist you with the issue related to Excel 2013.

I need some details to assist you better:

What happens when you open the Excel files, do you get any error message?

Mention the exact error message which you get while opening the Excel files?

    Or C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\root\Office15

    ·         Right click on Excel.exe and select ‘Run as administrator’

I hope the above steps helps. Let us know if you need any help.
