I am trying to install and keep getting error code 2-3

I don't know what operating system I have nor do I know where to find this

Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | For home | Windows

and, if necessary http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2822317

If that does not help, then you might remove all traces of the Office  installation by running the fixit from the following article:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

and then reinstall Office by logging into www.office.com/myaccount with your registered email address and click Install Office.

    I have also received this error code.  I have also affectedthe suggested fix.  Outcome:  this problem is fixed for a couple of days but it then returns.  The only solution is to then remove office and reinstall.  This as happened 5 times todate, and I am still counting.  Does anyone have an answer to this annoying bug!
