Hello

I am trying to install the Access 2013 Runtime, but when I downloaded the 64-bit version from the Download Center and tried to install it, I get this error message:

So I downloaded the 32-bit version and this happens:

What should I do now? I have the 64-bit version of Office Home & Business 2013 installed, so technically I should be installing the 64-bit version.

Well, not that I can remember. I installed Office Home & Business myself, so if any 32-bit Office program had existed on my computer before, the 64-bit setup should have resulted in an error anyway, which did not happen.

Hmm, well let's start from the first one.  Do you have any 32 bit Office loaded on your machine?  Maybe it came preloaded and you never removed?
