Hi,

I am trying to open the visual basic (clicking on development ribbon or in alt+f11) but it doenst not open.

I already enable everything in security.

I also tryed to re-install the visual basic, but when I go to Program and Features in Control Panel and click in Office and then Change, it gives me only the option to repair.

I tryed the repair but it still not working.

Anybody can help me?

Thanks!

Hi Marcelo,

I will assist you with the issue related to Excel 2013.

I would like to know if you performed quick repair or Online repair of Office.

If you performed a quick repair, I would suggest you to run an Online repair of Office as mentioned in the KB article:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2838449/en-us

Note: You may also refer to the section ‘symptoms’ and ‘cause’ in the above mentioned KB article.

If the above step fails, run the fix it mentioned in the link below to remove the traces of Office and reinstall the program:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

Note: If you have issues in running the fix it directly, you may save the file to the desktop and then run the fix it tool.

Once the traces are removed, restart the computer and reinstall the program.

Let us know the result.

Thank you.
