For some unknown reason Visio 2010 Shape Data Window displays "No Shape Data" when an object is selected. Visio had been working without problem for a long time. I've did complete antivirus checks no viruses found caused "No Shape Data" to occur or remove this problem.
Does anyone know how to get shape data window working again?
My System is:
Windows 7 Professional (64 bit). SP1
Visio 2010 Professional V14.0.7128.5000 (32 bit)
PC hardware: HP zbook 15
System type: x64 based PC

Have you been grouping the shapes? When shapes are grouped the shape data is still there but at a level further down in the shape. Use the Drawing Explorer window to look at the shapes in detail.
