Can’t Insert Command Button (ActiveX Control) Into Workbook – “Cannot insert object” warning

I am trying to insert a:-

Command Button (ActiveX Control)

- into an EXCEL Workbook.

EXCEL responds:-

Cannot insert object

How do I correct this please so that I can insert the object?
