User Login/Password Code For Access Database

I have an Access 2010 database in a split front-end, back-end setup on our network and would like to look at setting up individual user logins and passwords.  Right now I have a database password set that all the users use, but I would like to get it down to an individual user level so that I can control access easier.  If anyone has advice or sample code, I would appreciate it greatly.  Thanks in advance.
