error code - the specified module could not be found.

Question

This is the error code I get when trying to install Office Pro 2013.  I am downloading from Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC).  There is no issue with the download.  When I click setup.exe is when I get the error code - the specified module could not be found.

I have spent hours trying to find the problem.  First on the phone with VLSC and then with microsoft. I decided it must be an issue with my PC so I went to Google in search of help and found this community.

Today I ran System File Checker and some files were repaired.  My problem is that I am completely lost ( and nervous) at trying to move ahead with an attempt to repair those that are still damaged.  I don't even understand the report I received after I ran the SFC!

Last night I did a system recovery.

as you said you'av download "ISO Image" of Office Pro Plus.

direct booting from setup.exe

can't read .dll or boot file Module or trace the location of these files from ISO Image file.

So it have two basic Solutions.

Solution Number 1.

Burn This Image file to CD/DVD

and then Install.

Solution Number 2.

Extract This Image to a File Folder

using WINRAR software or any de-compressing software.

then right click on Setup.exe and click on Run as administrator.

then follow the installation instruction and complete your set up.
