Access Developer Tab not showing

Good day to all

I am having some trouble adding the Developer tab in Access 2013. Its not even showing in the File - options -  customize ribbon

Please help

    There is no Developer tab in Access. Most of its functionality is covered elsewhere:

    • Controls are listed in the Design tab of the ribbon when you have a form or report open in design view.
    • Access to the Visual Basic Editor is also from the Design tab, and from the Database Tools tab.
    • Code modules can be opened directly from the Navigation Pane.
