Cannot Uninstall Office 2013 Preview, Microsoft Office Setup not appears

I have MS Office 2013 Preview (Expired Version). I want to reinstall with MS Office 2013 RTM but I can't uninstall the Preview version and Microsoft Office Setup not appears. I was tried using MS Office 2013 Preview Setup, but it crashes and Windows Error Reporting is trying to identify problem about Microsoft Office Setup with long time. Anyone can fix this? If no one can identify this problem, I must install previous version of Microsoft Office like Office 2010.

Hi Andre,

Based on the description you’re not able to uninstall the Office 365 Preview.

As per the error message, the installation is damaged or corrupted, you may have to remove the Office manually.

Refer the section ‘Remove Office manually’ from the following Kb article and check if it helps:

Note: Ensure you have taken the backup of the registry keys before modifying it.

Hi Andre Christian,

Based on the description you’re unable to remove the Office 2013 Preview. When you try this, it crashes the Windows.

Have you tried using the Microsoft Fixit to remove the Office?
