One Note 2013 sync error (code: 0xE00001AE).

This question concerns both OneNote 2013 and OneNote Windows Store app (supposedly).

I keep experiencing sync errors with my OneNote apps. The case is the following.

I use two OneNote apps simultaneously. I start audio recording with my desktop app's version (cause the other one does not support it) and at the same time start typing on the same page but with Windows Store OneNote version (cause it's more handy with my tablet). So I use the same computer for two apps. What may be vital is that I have no possibility to connect to the Internet while working (because there just no Wi-Fi provider at the place I work). And when I come home and connect to the internet, I cannot get my apps all synced as sometsime I don't have the audio in Windows Store version and sometimes - vice versa . The last thing to say, I tried opening my notebooks in web version and luckily there I have mixed version of my notebooks (audio + text). But for some reason, the pages there are not lined (apart from other versions of the page).

I would not recommed you use multiple apps to edit the same document when you are offline.

Onenote when goes online will be confused as to which changes to update as they were done almost at the same time.

At most you may check this with a different notebook or different section in the same notebook.

If that does not help, i would recommend you use one app when you are offline.

I was wondering whether it was right to do it my way, and it seems to be not.

    Thank you very much, Marcus!
