Some of the sysinternal applications uses help files with the obsolete HLP - Format. Under Win10 it is not possible to read this files, because Microsoft have removed the corresponding reading application from win10 and also from its websites.
It would be nice, if Microsoft convert these HLP files to a readable format.
How can I read the HLP - Files of sysinternals?
