I keep getting 'Confirmation ID Cannot be verified'??????

Hi,

Every time I call up the activation wizard, and type in my long digit code, I keep getting the same message of  'confirmation ID Cannot be verified'

This is the first time I'm transferring from my old laptop to my new one, so I shouldn't need to wait out 90 days right?

I paid just under £100 for a Product Key thing from Argos this kind of customer service should not be acceptable?

So what exactly I going on?

I made sure to uninstall Office Home and Student from my old laptop and yet I still keep getting same errors.

Thanks!

Your Q was answered in your other post.

The card/PIN supplied by Argos cannot be used to reinstall Office, you need the Office 25 character Key and will then have to use phone activation and wait to speak to a real person.

Or log in to your MS account via the MS Store link

One of the downsides of purchasing a KeyCard version
