Vistual studio 2019 was installed but unfortunately its not working getting the below error if we click File tab or other tabs also kindly provide your inputs

Have you successfully launch VS 2019 before or not?
We could try the following methods to troubleshoot the issue:
1.Run VS with safe mode: open CMD and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\version name\Common7\IDE folder, run the command: devenv /safemode
2.Run VS as administrator
3.Temporarily disable any antivirus software and launch VS
