Scrolling bounce issue - Microsoft Access

I have an issue where I scroll down in the navigation pane and it bounces back a few lines.  This happens with the scroll wheel, and pulling the slider up or down.  It is difficult to get to the bottom/top because it keeps bouncing back. If I click the arrows on the navigation pane it eventually goes to the bottom/top.

Machine configuration:

Lenovo w540 (Ultra HD screen - which may be contributing to this since each query/table in the navigation pane is further apart than normal)

Windows 7

Microsoft Access 2013 64 bit

Microsoft 365 and Office | Access | For home | Windows

First, please don't piggyback your question on another thread, especially an older one.

This issue generally happens when you have your screen size set to something other than 100%. The Access team is aware of it and its on their radar.

    Bill,

I've got Service Pack 1 and I just updated the graphics/mouse drivers, but no luck.

However, I changed my DPI (custom text size) back to 100% (instead of 192% because my 15" monitor is 2880x1620) and it works fine.  150% still had the issue.

I saw in the SPK 1 there was an update for High DPI for Office, but doesn't look like it helped Access.

    Any ideas?

    Dan

Do you have the latest Windows/Office updates? Also check for newer versions of drivers for your mouse and graphics card.

    Hi Bill,

Nope, I don't have descriptions on, just the titles.

That has been happening ever since Access 2010. If you have the Descriptions turned on in the Nav pane turn that feature off. That should stop the bouncing.
