something went wrong pop up help!!!

i am try in to open a document on microsoft word office 2013 but it keeps giving a pop up that something went wrong told me to repair it but has not worked.

    If that does not work

    Sorry, there is no good answer to that. If you, and all the others with this problem start tweeting it, making it more public. Them maybe MS will finally have an incentive to fix the problem.

    Microsoft havs a number of dedicated teams that do this kind of support explicitly: @WinPhoneSupport@XboxSupport@MicrosoftHelps@WindowsSupport.

    1. as it reads all it says "something went wrong"

    sorry, we ran into a problem

    try going online for additional help.

    Close.

    before that pop i had a pop that also included going to control panel and repairing either online or quick repair.

    i tried this several times and no success then thats when i got the above new pop up and i also tried to uninstall and it would let me...

    1. this happens with all application files.
    2. nothing happened  the same error message appeared something went wrong.

    1. Provide the complete error message you received.
    2. Does the issue occur with all the Office application files or with the specific file?
    3. What exactly happened when you tried to repair? Did you receive any error message?
