In Sharepoint, users are able to connect web parts. I am attempting to connect a list web part with a filter web part. I am aware that some web parts are not compatible with others.
I have created a filter using HTML. From "script editor", my filter is not able to connect with my list web part. From the list web part, I am able to scroll over connections but nothing is clickable.
I have connected the same list web part with a sharepoint filter before. I am uncertain why I cannot connect my custom HTML formatted filter to the list web part. Is there a way to edit the HTML so that these two web parts are connectable? Which list web parts are compatible with filters?
