Hi there! I need some help..

I get an "Error Code of 30103-13" popping up

I d/led the free 1 month version of Office 365. It expired, then I got Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013.

I did NOT delete 365, I just d/led Home and Student and registered..the first 2 days of use were fine, and now the screen just freezes, says its an unlicensed product.. super annoying

What can I do?

Any help is appreciated, if not Ill just d/l open office.

Thanks for your time

Cheers

Hello,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and thank you for posting your query.

I know how difficult it is if Office application does not work as expected.

Let me assist you with Office applications.

This issue could have occurred due to multiple version or Office application corruption.

To resolve this issue lets run the ‘fix it tool’ from the following article which will remove all the installed components of Office 2013 from the computer.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

Once the uninstallation is completed you may sign in to www.office.com/myaccount using the subscribed/registered email address, download and install Office from my account page and verify the status.

You may also refer to the general troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article below while installing Office 2013/Office 365 subscription.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2822317

I hope the above information helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you.

If I download and install Office again (on the same PC) will it consume one of my permitted installs (I am using University Office 365 which come with on two installation licences).
