Excel 2010 Data Model error related to pfThreadPool.cpp

Good morning Community,

Please see the error displayed on the image below.

I have created a report on Excel by getting data from an external SQL Server database, and created a pivot table to organize this data.

I sent this Excel report to my manager who worked with it for several months. But the day before yesterday, he came and said that the report was not refreshing anymore, instead showing the error message on the picture.

I have googled, stackoverflowed, technetted, but little came out outside of someone programming on VS and working with the C++ class.

I have tested the same document on my computer (Excel 2013 though) and had no problem. Other colleagues using 2010 also don't share the same issue.

I though of cleaning the cache, but there seems to be no such option.

I appreciate the help of those more experienced in Office/Excel to help solve this issue.

I am open to any query.
