I have the surface pro 3 and office 2013. I cannot figure out how to get powerpoint slides into onenote. I have gone to multiple sites and they all say to print the powerpoint to onenote, but I can't do that in powerpoint. I have saved the powerpoint slides as a .pdf and then as a .jpeg, but when I insert the pictures into onenote it is not in order(it inserts the odd numbered slides and then the even number slides). What is the easiest way to get the powerpoint slides into onenote?

    Hello Erin,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

In order to save/send your PowerPoint slides to OneNote you have to use the option Send to OneNote in PowerPoint 2013. To do this let us follow these steps:

First check if you have Send to OneNote printer driver (generic printer driver) installed. From Control Panel navigate to > Devices and Printers or Printers followed by Devices and Printers. Check if you see Send to OneNote or Send to OneNote 2013 printer driver in the list of Printers. If found then try changing the printer default to Send to OneNote 2013. Close the Printers window once done.

Now follow this step from PowerPoint 2013.

    1. Click on File > Printers.
    2. Click on the drop-down below Printer.
    3. Select Send to OneNote 2013.
    4. Click on Print.
    5. Open OneNote 2013 and save it to the desired Notebook or page.

    Hope the above information helps.

    Thank you.

That works, but the slides go in as separate pages, and I want them all on one page. Is there a way to do that?

I also went to add a different powerpoint and it didnt give me an option of where to save it and it just saved to one of the pages in onenote.
