Power Query - Cannot upload file from sharepoint

I am trying to upload an excel file from share point to PowerQuery. The connection was working before; however, now I'm unable to edit, refresh, or upload a new table to powerQuery.

My file is saved as: https://sharepoint.com/filename.xlsx

The error message I'm receiving is:

DataSource.Error: The downloaded data is HTML, which is not the expected type. The URL may be wrong, or you may not have provided the right credentials to the server.

I have already tried to delete the credentials under PowerQuery --> Data Source Settings; however, this did not work.
