Pivot Table Calculation getting wrong answer

Question

Hello

this is my pivot table

I need a calculated field I entered gives me the results of the grand  total.   I need the result of the form status.

 the right results should be the same as  manual calculation I entered on the last column the the picture above. 

I have tried every option in  show value as and I do not get the results I need

form status column  has the following options     1-5 days , 6-10 days, over 10 days .

Hope one of you genius can help me.  I've been trying for about 3 hours.

Issue has been resolved.   I changed the row fields in the pivot table .

When I choose form status for the calculated field I get  #DIV/0!

I added a second form statues  field to the pivot values but I do not have % column as a choice I do have % of colum total and when selected results is #DIV/0!

you can do this also by adding second "Form status" field  to pivot values and by changing 'show values as' value to "% of column"

Hi, when entering the calculated field did you choose the Form Status?, it looks like the Grand total was selected
