Linking Forms in a Navigation Form

Hello,

I am new to Access 2010 and have a question about forms.

I built a navigation form using 4 tables, one of which Is a subform within a form. There is a one to one relationship between three of the 4 tables because that information is only entered once, and a one to many on the last table, which may have multiple sites for a certain ID.

I have an 'Agency' table, a 'Contact' which contains a subform from the 'Sites' table, and a 'FundingInfo'

My question is, on the Navigation form, how can I create a relationships between the forms that will let me enter information in all tabs then at the end give me a new record without having to go through each tab and clicking a new record.

I've attached a screenshot that may help. Thanks.

No screen shot. A navigation form is a shell on which you place subforms.

One to one relationships are rare. So I question that you actually need them.

Each form controls records for its Recordsource. As soon as a form loses focus the record is saved.
