Offfice 365 on Android

Question

I just downloaded and installed Office 365 on my Samsung Galaxy Note II.

I open Office 365 and click the right arrow four times. I click Activate Office. I enter my email address and click next. I key in my password and hit Sign In. I am back on the main screen.

It will not allow my to sign in or access my account.

Instead of trying to sign in to the Office program, open a browser on the phone and try to login with the same live id and password to check if you are able to sign in.

Trying to log in with my live id and password on a PC was the first thing that i did to make sure it works. It did.

I am not the only one with this problem. The reviews for this app show that others cannot log in as well. It is not an isolated incident.

Cannot give the app permissions since i cannot log in.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the product as well as restarting the mobile phone, too.

Login with the same live id and password on a PC and check if it works. Also check if you see an option to install the program.

Yes, i have a subscription for Office 365. I have a subscription for Office 365 University.

Yes, i am using the same Live ID in which i used during the registration of Office 365.
