Happily, the main source of the corruption was within word/Style.xml and word.Document.xml

I could not recover the word/Style.xml internal configuration file so while no content seems to be lost, you may have to reproduce some format configuration.

There was a link to some Stantec Office Tools that I obviously did not have. I have no idea how that will impact you. The footers also seem to refer to an include doc from you temporary internet files folder. Again, not something I can reproduce.

There is a link to the repaired DOCX on my SkyDrive here.

Thank you so much for your assistance.  This is incredibly helpful and saves me a lot of time that would have been spent rewriting.

Again thank you for your help.

If you would like someone to attempt repair on your document, you will need to upload a copy of your damaged DOCX to a public file area like SkyDriveDropBox  or Google Drive and post the location to the publicly shared file back here.

Please try to upload a copy that has not already been subjected to repair attempts as previous attempts may have stripped content that was recoverable with a manual edit of the internal components configuration files.
