try this, copy formula the information first, then go to sheet 1 highlight the whole sheet, press in the ribbon the format painter, go to sheet2 click to select the whole sheet

Its not only one cell in actual sheet that i want to copy, its a huge list.

Also the sheet requirement is to have a formula do it for me, rather than me do copy right click Paste special.

    Let me try again.,

I want to copy data from Sheet 1 Cell "A1" which contain data in missed formats (some information in bold, some in Italics and some with other colors) and paste it over to Sheet 2 Cell "A1".

    I am using formula "=Sheet1!A1"

Above do copy the infomation in Sheet 2, however will not copy with the exact formatting used in Sheet1.

I will like to check if its possible to get data in Sheet 2 with the format we have in Sheet 1 Cell A1

    Hope its clear now :)

Perhaps I am not able to understand your question, as I believe, when you copy and Paste Special and there If you paste using "All using Source Theme", it will copy formulas with source theme formatting and that is what you want.
