VUE exam only 120 min for no native English speaker

Hi

I took an AZ-104 exam Online withe VUE, normaly i get 150 min becouse am not a native english speaker, but i got only 120min, i opened a chat box and i asked the proctor, but no one did answered me, i leaved the chat box till the end of the exam, an stil no one aswered me.
At the end of the exam i fulled my quiation in to the feedback farm. i din't get any answer till now, i did the exam manday 6 july.
I tried to find any telephone of e-mail to contact VUE support but nothing on there site.

Can anyone tel me where and how can i contat them, becouse i need to take an exam and i don't want to experience the same usse again, otherwise there is no need for me to take the exam online, and its better to look for a location where i can take a classcal exam.
