Do all users require E3 to make use of the Bookings App?

I'm a non-profit user with about 80 E1 licences.

The Bookings app now requires E3 licencing.

All bookings I'm interested in being made would relate to a single calendar (mine).

If I upgrade my user account from E1 to E3, will all the remaining 79 E1 users be able to use the Bookings App against my diary?

Or, will all of my users require E3 too?
