Account "SharePoint" Connection Cannot Remove - Requires Microsoft Account Login

In Office 2013, under the Account tab, there's a SharePoint -> SharePoint User entry that doesn't have a "Remove" button. Every time I open Office 2013 at home or at work (they're both connected to my Microsoft account), a pop appears asking me for my SharePoint credentials. I used a trial version of OneDrive for Business for a short time but I never continued with it, so I think it's leftover from that.

How can I get rid of that entry? Also, it keeps asking me to connect my Microsoft account; I enter the credentials and it just comes up with the same error:

My Facebook and Twitter services are greyed out below that screenshot too, but I can't get them to activate. I'm a little lost; is there a way to reset the account connections?
