Hi,
This is happening because the header Q3FY13 is appearing more than once. Ensure that you have all unique headers for the dataset.

I have a ton of data in rows and columns and I already have my own headers. I want to format this data as a table, but when I do, Excel changes my headers and WILL NOT let me overwrite it back to what I want (even if I change to format as Text). For example, I have Q3FY13. For some inexplicable reason, it adds a 2 at the end, making it Q3FY132 and will not let me change it, unless I change it to have a letter at the end. How can I make Excel leave my headers alone? In fact, I want it to leave all my content and formatting alone. I just want to reference a data range as a table so I can pivot easily.
